n8n Automation Agency

Hire n8n experts to build the workflows your team repeats every day, with AI where it earns its place and a person approving anything that leaves the building.

We are an n8n automation agency: we design, build and run n8n workflows for small and growing businesses. Lead intake, inbox triage, reporting and approvals, connected to the tools you already use and built by an engineer Toptal vetted as top 3% on its GenAI track.

The work is narrow on purpose. One workflow built properly and measured, then the next. n8n is how we build most of our AI automation services.

What does an n8n automation agency do?

It turns a process your team repeats by hand into an n8n workflow that runs on its own, and keeps it running. That means mapping the process, building the workflow, connecting your apps, adding AI steps where a judgement is needed, and handling the failures every automation eventually meets.

The last part is where most do-it-yourself automations fall over. A workflow that works on the day it is built and fails quietly three weeks later is worse than no workflow, because people stop checking.

Which n8n workflows do you build?

The ones a person currently does dozens of times a week. Named, because "n8n automation" on its own means nothing:

For high-volume routing and scoring steps we are piloting decision models such as Jev next to language models. The five processes worth automating first covers how to pick the first one.

Why n8n rather than Zapier or Make?

Because n8n can run on your own server, handles code when a workflow needs it, and bills per workflow run rather than per step. n8n's pricing page puts it plainly: you pay when a workflow runs from start to finish, not for each step inside it. A ten-step workflow costs the same as a two-step one.

That is not always the right call. For a three-step workflow with no AI and no sensitive data, a simpler tool you already pay for is cheaper to own, and we will say so.

Should n8n be self-hosted or on n8n Cloud?

Cloud, unless you have a reason not to. n8n Cloud is updated and backed up for you. Self-hosting makes sense when customer data must stay on your own infrastructure, when volume makes per-execution pricing expensive, or when you need a community node Cloud does not support.

It also means somebody owns updates, backups and uptime. We set up either, and tell you which one your case needs.

Why hire Widgetsflow as your n8n consultant?

Because we build the AI inside the workflow, not just the plumbing around it. Most n8n work is connecting apps. The valuable part is the judgement step in the middle, and that is the part we have shipped in production:

n8n and GoHighLevel automation, AI chatbots and retrieval systems are the core of our automation work, and we run the AI Founders Community on Facebook.

How do you stop an n8n workflow from failing silently?

Every workflow we build ships with an error workflow. n8n lets each workflow name an error workflow that starts from an Error Trigger when a run fails, so a broken execution sends an alert naming the failing step instead of disappearing into the log.

Anything irreversible, such as emailing a customer or deleting a record, sits behind a human approval step that pauses the workflow until someone says yes in Slack or email. New workflows run in shadow mode first, beside the existing process, so you can see how often they agree before they are allowed to act. Our security setup is written up in full.

How much does it cost to hire an n8n expert?

Start with a $100, 60-minute consultation. We pick the workflow, map it, and you leave with the build plan. The build is quoted once the plan exists, because the price depends on how many tools it touches and whether it needs AI steps.

If a tool you already pay for can do the job, we tell you that instead.
