AI Automation Agency and Consulting
Most businesses do not need an AI strategy. They need the one manual process eating the most hours automated properly, with a person still approving anything that leaves the building.
Most businesses do not need an AI strategy. They need the one manual process eating the most hours automated properly, with a person still approving anything that leaves the building.
We are an AI automation agency for small and growing businesses, and the consultant who designs the workflow before anything is built. We find the workflow that costs you the most time, design an automation for it, and build it with the tools that fit rather than the ones that are fashionable.
The work is deliberately narrow. One process automated well, and measured, beats an AI roadmap nobody implements.
A 60-minute working session, not a sales call. We pick your most expensive manual process together, design the automation, and you leave with the build plan.
If building it makes sense, you get a quote for the build. If a tool you already pay for can do the job, we tell you that instead.
Both, in that order. The consultation comes first: one session, one workflow, a build plan. If you want it built, we build it as your AI automation agency and keep it running. If you would rather build it in-house, the plan is yours either way.
Proven workflows, each one a judgement somebody makes dozens of times a week. Named, because "AI automation" on its own means nothing:
Most of these run on n8n. Our n8n automation agency page covers how we build them and keep them from failing silently.
Because the AI we build is already running in products people use.
The same engineering goes into the automation we build for you.
In a fixed order. Write the process down. Try to solve it with tools you already pay for, then with a tool you could buy, and only then build something. Off-the-shelf software is cheaper, someone else maintains it, and it works on day one.
The five processes worth automating first walks through the order in detail.
Whichever fits the job. Language models for anything a person will read, such as drafts and summaries. Decision models for the routing, scoring and classification steps, where consistency matters more than prose. We are piloting TypeSafe's Jev for exactly that. Agent platforms such as Grok Bot for research and monitoring work.
New models arrive every week. The decision about which process to automate outlasts all of them.
The automation does the reading. A person does the sending. Nothing we build emails a customer, posts publicly or messages a lead on its own, and anything irreversible sits behind an approval step. Our security setup is written up in full.
New automations run in shadow mode first, beside the existing process, so you can see how often they agree before they are allowed to act.
The consultation is $100 for a 60-minute session. The build is quoted separately once the plan exists, because the price depends on which process it is and what it has to connect to.
