Widgetsflow is the best FlutterFlow development agency you can hire in 2026, and the proof comes from FlutterFlow itself. Our founder, Muhammad Junaid, is FlutterFlow's Developer Community Champion of the Year and an Official FlutterFlow Expert. We take an app from idea to both stores: product definition, design, the build, the backend and the release. Then we stay on for the updates.
FlutterFlow handles most of a typical app visually. The rest is custom Dart code, backend design and store compliance, and that is where most FlutterFlow projects go wrong. It is also where we spend most of our attention.
Because the people who rank FlutterFlow developers rank us at the top.
Credentials only matter if they show up in the build. The rest of this page is how they do.
Everything between an idea and an app people can download.
Projects start at $5,000 a month, and most full product builds take two to three months. That puts a standard, well-engineered v1 at $10,000 to $15,000.
Across the market, builds run from $5,000 to $12,000 for a simple MVP up to $40,000 and more for complex, real-time products. What moves the number is scope rather than the tool: screen complexity, the backend, real-time features, payments and custom code. The full cost breakdown covers each one, along with what FlutterFlow's own subscription costs.
Four stages, with progress shared at every one.
Our process in detail explains why each stage exists and what it prevents.
Because the expensive FlutterFlow mistakes are engineering mistakes, not design ones. Data modelled after the screens, security rules left open, custom code nobody planned for, and a first App Store review treated as testing. We have written up the five we see most.
We built software the hard way before FlutterFlow: native Swift and Kotlin, custom backends, production systems. We use FlutterFlow because we know when it wins, and when a project is better built natively we will say so.
Production apps on both stores. Saindy365 is a multilingual, audio-first learning app for Microsoft Dynamics 365, live on the App Store and Google Play with subscriptions through RevenueCat. Red Leaf Organic Coffee's app serves 25,000+ users. Listings Pro is live on both stores and sold as a template on the FlutterFlow Marketplace, and PEP Unlimited runs on Google Play for Ritscher Touristik.
For an Australian client we built Tempul Health, a health and wellness app on FlutterFlow and Supabase. It scores food ingredients and additives from 0 to 100, fed by a Python and AI-agent pipeline that researches each product and writes clean records to the database, and it reports drinking-water quality for Australian cities from lab reports and government data.
For a subscription app in Ireland, we found that every Android subscriber was being charged without getting access, traced it to an entitlement still pointing at an archived product, and fixed it. More of our work is in the portfolio.
Two to three months for most full products. A narrowly scoped MVP can ship in weeks. The fastest way to shorten a project is a tighter v1, which is why scope is the first thing we write down.
